Weather in the Keys is unpredictable at best. If weather conditions keep us off the water for a scheduled day of fishing, you will be refunded 100% of the deposit for that day.

Due to demand and scheduling, only expeditions cancelled with 30 days advance notice of the scheduled trip date will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made between 10 to 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date, party will be responsible for 50% of total trip unless days are rescheduled . Trips cancelled under 10 days prior to scheduled fishing days will be responsible for 100% of the trip.

Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain.
